Worth & Associates develops office and flex office buildings (in multi-building office parks) to hold for our own long-term investment. We also lease and manage all of our properties. Our long-term hold strategy makes us highly unique in our industry. Heritage Business Center, includes office buildings at 1650 Independence, a three-story Class A 105,000 SF office building and 1672 Independence, a single story 87,109 SF office building. Some of the amenities include on-site security, generous parking and excellent outdoor common areas.

Heritage Business Center is located at the corner of Loop 337 and HWY 46 in the vibrant north west area of New Braunfels, TX. Located next to many amenities including retail, restaurants, recreation and hotels and quick access to IH-35 which connects to New Braunfels to San Antonio and Austin.
